PH622 Detail Shot

On October 25 leaders of the Occupy Oakland movement called for a solidarity rally to help bring light to the raid the night before and the police brutality that took place. The rally soon turned into a march that shut down parts of the city. During the march little tiffs between the police and protestors broke out. Police denied the use of tear gas and rubber bullets. But here is an image of a young woman who was just hit by a rubber bullet. Later on in the day the protest turned into a riot after police fired tear gas, rubber bullets, and flash grenades into innocent unarmed peaceful protestors.
